Welcome to FunToDo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and
regulations for the use of our website and services.
Introduction & EULA
By using FunToDo, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA). Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- “App” refers to the FunToDo consumer, business, and multimedia web applications.
- “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the App.
Use of the App & User Content
You must be at least 13 years old. You may not use the App for illegal
activities or to harass others. You agree not to upload harmful content or
post false information.
Zero Tolerance Policy
FunToDo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Users who violate these terms by posting offensive, harmful, or illegal content
will be subject to immediate account termination or ejection from the platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account and password. You agree to
provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
Content Ownership
You own everything you post. You grant FunToDo a license to use, modify,
publish, and distribute your content within the App. You must have rights to
any content you share.
Business Profiles and Boosted Content
Businesses, creators, and service providers may pay to promote posts, deals,
or profiles. Boosted content is subject to review and allowed only after
approval. Funds loaded into FunToDo wallets are nonrefundable and used to
pay for services.
Moderation and Reporting
We provide built-in mechanisms for users to flag objectionable content and block abusive users.
Blocking a user will instantly remove their content from your feed and notify our development team for review.
FunToDo acts on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
Admins will review the content and, if found in violation, will remove the content and/or eject
the user responsible for providing the offending content.
Privacy and Security
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We take
reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee protection against all
breaches.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, content accuracy,
or outcome of using the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunToDo is not liable for any
damages arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FunToDo against any claims arising from
your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We will notify you of major changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FunToDo is
based.
